Welcome to DrumDash (the "Game"), published by Northshore Press LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

DrumDash is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may use this game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the game, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have appropriate parental consent.

2. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game may include virtual items, such as skins or the option to remove ads, which can be purchased with real money through the app store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by the store's policies (e.g., Google Play or App Store).

Virtual items have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for real money or property.

3. Ads

You agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northshore Press LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the game; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the Game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the Game or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Washington, USA, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
